Six early warning signs of a heart attack you should never ignore

By Platform Administrator1 min read

Cardiac events rarely arrive without warning. Recognising these signs early can be the difference between a full recovery and lasting damage.

1. Pressure or tightness in the chest

Often described as a weight rather than a sharp pain, and lasting more than a few minutes.

2. Pain radiating to the arm, jaw or back

3. Unusual breathlessness

4. Cold sweat with nausea

5. Sudden, unexplained fatigue

6. Light-headedness

If you notice these, call our emergency line immediately. Do not drive yourself to hospital.
